Workspaces & Teams

Organize your workflows and collaborate with team members using workspaces.

Understanding Workspaces

Workspaces are the top-level organizational unit in Gravitre. Each workspace contains its own workflows, connectors, and team members. Use workspaces to separate different projects, teams, or environments.

Creating Workspaces

Navigate to Settings > Workspaces > Create Workspace. Provide a name and optional description. You can create unlimited workspaces on paid plans.

Team Roles

Assign roles to control access:

- **Owner**: Full access, can delete workspace - **Admin**: Manage members and settings - **Editor**: Create and modify workflows - **Viewer**: Read-only access

Environment Separation

Best practice is to create separate workspaces for development, staging, and production. This ensures test workflows don't affect production data.
