Open INSIGHTS → Metrics (/metrics) for org-wide operational dashboards.
Open the dashboard
- Navigate to Metrics from the sidebar
- Select a time range — preset or custom when available
- Scan summary cards for run outcomes and active issues
- Drill into charts for workflows, agents, or connectors
Interpret common signals

Drill down
Most widgets link to filtered views:
- Failed runs → Runs list with status filter
- Workflow name → workflow editor or detail
- Connector name → integration settings
Use Search when you know a specific entity name.
Export and API
Dashboard data may be available via metrics or analytics API routes documented in OpenAPI. Enterprise orgs can combine Metrics with Cost attribution under Enterprise.
