The partner program is for managed service providers (MSPs), agencies and consultants who run Gravitre for their clients.
How you earn: you pay Gravitre the wholesale price for each client and bill them your own price. The difference is your margin.
Gravitre never invoices a client you bill. You invoice them from your own system, at whatever price and terms you agree with them.
1. Join the partner program
Use the workspace you run your business from (not a client's).
- Open Settings → Clients (
/settings/clients). - Select Join the partner program. Only the workspace owner can do this.
Your workspace keeps its own plan for your own team. The partner program adds a separate wholesale account for your clients.
One role per workspace
A workspace that is managed by a partner can't become a partner itself. Use a separate workspace for your MSP.
2. Add a client
Select Add client and choose one of two ways:
| Option | When to use it | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Create a client workspace | The client is new to Gravitre | A new workspace is created and you are its owner. It is active immediately. Invite the client's people from Settings → Organizations → Manage members. |
| Link an existing workspace | The client already uses Gravitre | Enter their Workspace ID (their owner finds it in Settings → Organizations). Their owner gets a request to approve. |
For each client choose the plan (Node, Control or Command) and, optionally, your price to them, monthly or yearly. The dialog shows the wholesale price you will pay for that plan.
What the client's owner decides
When a client approves a link they choose what your team can see:
- Health only: the people they pick from your team can see whether the workspace is healthy, its member count and its usage totals. Nothing else: no conversations, documents, agents or settings.
- Full access: the people they pick join the workspace as admins so you can set it up and run it for them.
Without either, you still see the client's plan and billing status, because you pay for it.
A workspace that still pays Gravitre directly must cancel that subscription and let it end before it can move to your bill, so nobody is charged twice.
3. Start wholesale billing
With your first active client, the Clients page shows Start wholesale billing. It opens Stripe Checkout for one subscription that covers all your clients.
- Each active client adds one unit of its plan's wholesale price.
- Adding, detaching or changing a client's plan updates the subscription right away, prorated.
- Until you start billing, clients run on a normal 7-day trial.
- If your payment fails, your clients are paused until it goes through. If you cancel, they lose access.
If the page says Wholesale billing isn't set up yet, you can still add clients; billing starts once wholesale prices are available.
4. Bill your clients
The Clients page lists every client with its plan, status, members, AI credits this month, health, what you pay Gravitre, your price and your margin, plus a total row.
- Select Edit on a client to change its plan or your price.
- Pick a month and select Download CSV for a rebilling statement: client, plan, wholesale, your price, margin and usage. Use it to invoice from your own billing system.
- Select Open to switch into a client you are a member of.
The client's Settings → Billing page shows Billed through your company and hides Gravitre checkout.
Your brand
A client workspace with no white label of its own uses yours: logo, colour, email sender name and the "powered by" setting. Set yours in Settings → Enterprise → White label. Custom domains stay per workspace.
Detaching
Either side can detach at any time:
- You: select Detach on the Clients page.
- The client's owner: Settings → Organizations → Detach.
Detaching stops your wholesale charge for that client (prorated), removes the people a full-access approval added, ends health access, and moves the workspace to a 7-day trial so its owner can pick their own plan.
